New CC

Hi,

A month or so ago I changed the CC details on my account, however I've had my statement come through this month and it would appear my old CC has been billed, can someone confirm that the update CC page is working correctly before I try again?

Hi,

Should work fine, seen a few updated in the last day or so in some of the tickets I answered earlier (it adds a closed ticket to the account and should send you a confirmation email). Make sure that once you've entered the card and clicked the confirm/submit button that you then click the Add button to add it to the account.

If you added it as a secondary card it will only remove the old card when it passes it's expiry date, the new card then becomes the primary. Might this be what you did?
