Need update for 20078681 & 20128909 - PLEASE!

Can someone please look at the following tickets and give me an update:

20128909
20078681

I'm getting little or no feedback from support on these at the moment. I told them almost 2 weeks ago that there was a marker on the line that needs removing but no progress appears to have been made on this so far.

Please help me.......

Thanks for the response.

I'm not happy at all that no progress has been made since 18th August. Surely someone from PlusNet can get hold of the relevant people at BT Wholesale. I'm very disappointed with the level of support I've received during my broadband move and am seriously considering leaving PlusNet.

Can you please ensure that this tickets is flagged as urgent.

Hi Chris

I appreciate your frustration, we do have to follow a certain procedure unfortunately.

As stated in your ticket, I have now escalated this to our account manager, who will be able to action this for you. We will then be able to place an order for you.

As I also mentioned, the ticket is assigned to me personally, and I will continue to chase on a daily basis until it is resolved.
