Mythical Broadband Plus Refund Scheme

Hi All

Just wondered how many people out there received an email from plus net back in February apologising for the poor performance of their service and offering a month's refund?

The email stated the refund would be processed by the end of March.

I for one received such an email and find myself having to prove to plus net that I ever received such an email as they are apparently denying all knowledge of the fact I am due a refund.

Could eveyone who also received this email check they have received the refund...as I feel sure I cannot be the only one.
