“My Usage” on PlusNet Anytime Lite not working.

If anyone else is using Anytime Lite, does your “My Usage” work? Since last November mine has only come up with the message “No Usage data available…”

In response to tickets, PlusNet say it is on the list of faults, but way down the list of priorities. But, four months to sort it out?

This is something that is on the work stack to resolve, however it isn't a high priority at the moment. I think we're currently looking at two possible solutions to the problem, but are needing a business decision on which solution is implemented due to the nature and ammount of work that will be required.

This probably applies to all dialup VMU. My Connect Standard hasnt had it working since November. At least Plusnet havent shelved the problem yet.
