Moving House

I moved home recently and the movement of my Plusnet ADSL should have been completed on Monday 21st August but it has not.

It is impossible to get anybody on the phone, I have raised a ticket (ID: 20131926) but no response as yet but looking at previous posts it seems the best way to get something done about house moves is to raise it here. This is incredibly frustrating!

Similar sort of thing - though my move is due to complete tomorrow. Nothing has happened at all though and I still see 'checks to see if broadband is available will start soon' suggesting tomorrow is very unlikely. Hopefully this is only a delay but could someone reply to my ticket (20057911) please to update.

Please also can I point out that I have specifically (on the same ticket) asked NOT to be max'd or LLU'd at any point ....
