changed to a new provider on 14/05/07, this was half way through my May billing period with PN . My PN payment normally gets taken around the very beginning or very end of the month. PN have now taken another payment for the next month, I have been with my new provider for the last 2 weeks now.
has this happend to other people and will PN refund the money easily or will I have a struggle on my hands.
Should I cancel the direct debit with PN as PN are no longer providing my broadband?
I have sent a ticket to PN and await their response.
I'll go answer your ticket now, the reason behind the account still being open is usually because we haven't received notification from BTw that the migration has completed. This seems to happen more often when customers move to an LLU supplier such as Sky or BE.
