Moved to 8Mb, still on 2Mb

Hello,
I requested a move to 8Mb broadband on 18/May/2007 and received an email from Plusnet dated 08/June/2007 which said:

We're pleased to inform you that your broadband has recently been upgraded to give you 'up to 8Mb' speeds.

I never had any speed variations or disconnections as I was told to expect, and all speed tests show the usual 1800-1900 Kbps. The 'high-speed broadband' link in 'connection settings' says:
Quote
Your current broadband speed is 2000 Kbps

I searched the help and support section looking for the correct way to contact someone, but couldn't find an appropriate problem.
Any ideas what to do?
Thanks a lot.

Hi there,

I've placed the order manually for you, it should complete on Monday morning.
Have a read of this page to see what to expect on MaxDSL.

Cheesy
Expect the unexpected Wink

Looks like the system just missed it, unfortunately this does happen from time to time but we can always place them manually if this happens.
