Moved house

I've just moved house and want to transfer my account over. When filling out the online form, it tells me my residential account can't be used as it is a business address.

Pretty annoying - seeing as it IS a residential property.

I've been trying to get through on the support line, but am finding it constantly engaged.

I submitted a support ticket about 24 hours ago, but haven't heard anything back.

Any tips or advice?
