A few weeks ago I put in a request to move my ADSL. The order tracker shows they have disconnected the old number but there it is stuck. It's not showing a test of the new line.
How long does the transfer normally take ?
Raised a ticket (with great dificulty-they really don't want to hear from us)but of course no response. Tried phoning - that was a hopeless mess of messages, no hope of talking to anyone. Even tried the premium rate help line but that does not work at all !!
