Whilst I appreciate that you are experiencing difficulties with your connection
since having being transferred to the LLU network, I would ask that you raise
your connection difficulties via http://faults.plus.net
It is true that we are transferring some customers back to the IPStream network
but these are being done on a case by case basis, and only following the correct
paths, such as raising a fault in the correct fashion. Should this fault not
receive resolution in an acceptable timeframe then we can look at instigating a
reverse migration back to the IPstream network.

ive disconnections - - no upstream ftp - - and more problems !!
please move me back to bt - - I DO NOT WANT MY CONNECTION I PAIED FOR EVERY MONTH - with Tiscali ! and neither ive ever asked you to move me with Tiscali !
sort out my case - - now !
You got to provide what i PAY you for every months !! you get paid for it !! and you always have been paied !
If you can not do your job and provide your customers what they pay you to provide - - than say so !!
