I've now been given a MAC (Ticket 20332726) and a date (12 Oct) to be moved back from LLU to BT Max. A couple of months of diablolical LLU service has made me more than a little twitchy, and I'd like the move to go smoothly.
One thing is making me a bit nervous; checking the order placed against my line on the BT website (instructions on Kitz site http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/order.htm) reveals the following:
Items in this order
Description --- Item
PROVIDE --- LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1
PROVIDE --- PROVIDE SMPF - SMPF EXISTS 1
Which looks like LLU is being provided and not removed, and it doesn't appear to make any mention of providing IPstream/Max DSL service.
The order on my line back in May when DSL Max was first provided had the line:
PROVIDE --- BT IPSTREAM MAX
Yet this is not mentioned in the current order. Can someone who knows about these things confirm the order is actually correct, and reassure me that I'm not about to become a broadband free zone zone next Thursday
