Just tried to submit my request that my ADSL be moved to my new house, but the wizard refused my new address and defaulted back to my old one. Assuming that it was trying to confirm where the connection should be moved from, I clicked "Confirm", only to find out that I just requested that my connection be moved from my old address to -- the same old address.
Tried to call CS to sort out this mess, but the phones are down. Great.
I have now amended the ticket (#17979015), but if this continues the way it started, this is going to be one hell of a process.
Can somebody from CS please make sure that my connection gets moved to my new address, and can you get this "support" phone number working?
