I'm currently on Premier 1, I payed the 60 pounds for activation when I signed up and didn't ask for any hardware. I plan to migrate to Be Unlimited. Unfortunately i'm not sure if i'm on a yearly contract, is there any way to find out, if i'm on a yearly contract it should finish january 3rd.

If you joined on 3rd Jan 2005 it would be coming up to two years hard labour when your sentence wouldn't be more than one year so I'd say you'd done your time and ought to be able to get back into society on your own terms Wink

If you are on a twelve monthly business account they used to roll over those accounts with a fresh twelve months if you didn't give notice 30 days before your anniversary but I believe they saw the light recently and were persuaded that this was overly sadistic and made it monthly after the first year

As far as I know mine is a home (not business) account, so you say that it should now be monthly?

In accounts it says:
PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 1 £21.99(monthly)

If that shows anything...
