Migrated to F2S Plusnet Account needs Closing + 10 days back

How can this be to connect to 2 ADSL services on same line?

Can someone please remove my payment details and cancel any DD for
next payment as I'm now not a Plusnet customer.

Also any chance of a refund of the time I aint using?

my migration goes through on the 24th to f2s and i was wondering the same thing. i doubt there will be a refund but it doesnt harm to ask Smiley

You won't get a refund, and you won't get any sense out of plusnet ..... I don't blame you for moving.

Just seems strange to be able to use 2 BB ISP's. Plusnet sort this out.

Unfortunately the direct debit is still pending so we can't cancel the account at present. Once this has been taken we can cancel off the account so you will no longer be able to connect.

ok thanks, I cancelled the DD today, but let todays payment go thru.

Will I be entitled to anything back as I'm losing a mths payment?
I thought it was 30 days notice from when I got me MAC no which was about
10 days ago I think.

You should be able to contact PlusNet after your migration has gone though and request that you get back the diffence between what youve paid for and what you wont be using after leaving.

If you gave notice about 10 days ago then there will be 20 days left out of the 30 you've just paid for so by my reckoning you ought to get 10 days back.

That was the way it's worked in the past when here was the mass exodus following the Bad Boys Pipe.

Account seems to have been paid now. Can the account be closed?

I received my MAC no 07/08/05 and migrated 17/0805 thats about 10 days
I've been overcharged for can this be sent back to me ASAP plz?

You will have to request the refund via a link:Contact us ticket in order to get it actioned.

By the way, the 30 days notice starts on the day you *request* your MAC, which is not necessarily the day you get it.
