Pretty much the title and you can all pretty much guess what my problems with Plus Net are so BT Business broadband here I come.
I was just wondering if there will be any charge when I leave, dont think there will be but please can a Plus Net member of staff confirm? ...... BTW: I recieved no free equipment and, obviously for a migration account, my line was already activated.
I presume you migrated in under the Free Migration offer? If so, there will be a £14.99 charge to migrate out within 12 Months. This is because Plusnet will cover this fee if you stay with them for 12 months. If not, then you will have to pay. It's not a cancellation fee as such, but your inbound migration fee that they gave to you free under the offer.
