Hi,

Is all customers on the correct packages on trial exchanges getting upgraded,

The reason i ask is, i am getting upgrade sometime very soon, (hopefully today) however, just check with my friend, who is on the same exchange, but on broadband plus, and he can't find any email/contact us ticket in his control pannel?

I'd have thought that there'd be something logged on the account, if he's part of the trial. It might be worth getting your friend to raise a ticket and have someone check to see if he should be on the trial, but was missed out of the emails for some reason.
