MaxDSL sorted for me!!

Finally, MaxDSL is working for me, had 2 phonecalls from plusnet today and stable rate has been changed to 8000 and speed test is below

Was upgraded on the 19th April, no queue jumping or anything

On the premier package, £21.99 per month job....

The problem was a stable 8mb sync with 2mb download, the problem was plusnet not receiving the delta reports from BT however a MSR had been established BT's side

So yep, same problem mate - how long since your upgrade?

Hi mate,

12 days should have nailed it for you really, I would submit a support ticket outlining your sync and your MSR and some plusnet & 3 BT speed tests (1 between (midnight and 7am) this would be a real good headstart on the ticket

I had to go through all the hoops such as BT speed tests etc etc but with good reason

You will get sorted soon

I have done all those things already!

So now I just need patience..... :roll:

According to ADSLguide this problem is occuring across all ISPs - so we shouldn't be too harsh on old PN I suppose......

Yeah, I have done all those things already and ticket is still open 3 days later nothing has been done....

It seems the problem is with BT sending the delta reports

Must say, when it came to it, Plusnet were very good on the phone so kudos there!
