Ticket No 20384305 I am at my wits end trying to get this resolved. I have been billed for home phone which I cancelled last month, paid the £20 also. Now being billed for it again along with a 5.67 penalty for switching me off which is impossible because I am no longer with you. Also I have a ticket requesting a mac code could you action this for me also as quickly as possible. When the company shows some signs of returning to what they were when I joined in 2000 I will consider returning. But this long running CS fiasco has finally taken its toll on me. If you do sort this out for me I would be forever in your debt. I just need to know that someone does exist in PN land.
