dtomlinson's excellent sticky puts plus.net's policy in perspective. This is the sort of information, lucidly and clearly stated, that helps customers understand why a policy is in place (and how it has been arrived at).
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you keep up a steady flow of information on these important topics. Half the problem with customers who THINK they are getting a raw deal is they do not understand the bigger picture. I hope this is the start of a much more open policy. In expectation that this will be the case, I applaud plus.net for presenting the facts.

I would echo those sentiments. The recent attempts to explain things clearly has reassured me greatly about the direction this ISP is moving in.

The positive feedback, like all feedback is very welcome. However, there is a thread currently running discussing Dave's excellent post. In an effort to concentrate responses and replies in one place I am locking this one in favour of the original here
