Making contact with Customer service

It would be a good move towards making the system more user friendly if, when you find yourself locked out of the system because you have forgotten your particular entry details ie username/password and anyway, Windows has been corrupted so that it no longer stores them itself, that instead of having to ring and wait until upto 15 minutes sometimes, there was a facility on the Home Page which permitted an account holder to make contact quicker by email perhaps?

Just thinking that myself. Maybe klittledunmower, you can expand on the detail and explain in more detail what you mean.

You could be locked out but have access from a work PC (for example) - therefore you would be able to request your password reset while at work so you could go home and log on.

Don't know how often this happens but it could reduce some of the workload for the call centre people. :?
