Major Problem move from LLU

Someone from support please check ID 20313646,
I have just had an e-mail from plusnet saying that i will be charged £20 for calcelling plusnet home phone, i am currently on LLU and am moving back to BT IPSTREAM, i have not asked for my phone to be cancelled as i am happy with plusnet's home phone. It says the money will be taken out on the 5th of october! I have NO money in the bank and this will make me overdrawn! Please someone help!

I have just tried calling you to discuss this issue but unfortunately you were unavailable.

I have checked this for you and we have received legitimate notification of a transfer, if you have not requested this it means that another provider has submitted the order to BT regardless.

You can cancel this from the control panel if you wish to stay with us.
