Mailbox creation date

I was contacted by Plusnet regarding a problem with one of my mailboxes = thankyou. Looking at them, and being asked by Customer Support for a date of creation, it seems a very good idea to have an additional column showing the date they were created or last modified.
What do you think?

From within the ticket system, if you scroll through all your tickets there will be a record of when a given mailbox was created. CS have access to this aswell so they shouldnt have needed to ask you.

If you have many tickets or info contained in the system it may be a pain to trawl through it, but the info is there.
