Dunno how long I will be waiting for a response to my latest ticket, so I thought I would pose the question on here as well...

I have a domain name registered through +net. http://www.intotouch.co.uk

I would like to redirect ALL mail sent to this domain to another address of mine - how do I do this.

Alternatively how do I access mail sent to **@intotouch.co.uk

Thanks

Any email going to <mailbox>@intotouch.co.uk goes to the corresponding <mailbox>@username.plus.com which is where you can pick it up. PlusNet does not support separate domain mailboxes, they always end up in a corresponding plusnet mailbox.

As a result of the above, you cannot redirect all email for a domain to elsewhere. PlusNet's mail system does not have the capability to do this.

See Domains Guide under help -> webspace -> domains

To get around this problem you could use a Mail Redirect utility.
You will need an always on PC setup somewhere. It doesn't need to be connected to PN but it will need a static IP connection.

Your domain service has mail forwarding and a "catch all", this can be setup through your Heart internet login/control panel:

I have a similar set up for several accounts not held by PN.
