Mail going to default mailbox instead of new named mailbox

I created a new mailbox (traftots). I can log in to the mailbox fine (using webmail), however any incoming mail to that address is going to my default mailbox.

Any ideas?

If this is a fairly recently created mailbox it's a problem that occurred as a result of the recent mail problems.

Has this been dealt with - a few of us who have made recent changes needed maintenance on our email.

I deleted the mailbox and recreated it. The problem has gone away.

I have the same problem with a redirect. I tried deleting and recreating it but that didn't solve the problem.

Someone's answered my ticket and fixed it already. You can't say fairer than that.
