When requesting a MAC where do you send it to

Customer Services & Billing or Sales & Orders.

I don`t want to wait ages and then be told I have not sent the ticket to the right department.

There should be a specific path through the help assistant that deals with cancelations. I believe that it comes under the Customer Services section, though don't quote me on that as I'm not as familiar with the new wizard as with the old one.

It would be beneficial if users could do a quick check of the board to see if the question they are about to raise has been asked already. Chances are the answer is already there. Smiley
