MAC code and 12 months?

We can generate your MAC key at this point, however there will be a £14.99 charge. If you return this ticket after 23/05/06, your account will have been active for a year, and this fee will be waived.

Please advise how you wish to proceed.

------------
just recieved the above, 12 months? I would have read the T&C's if i was the one who had set up the account. But from what i've been able to gleam the Net connection we have when we signed up was a monthly contract with no hardware. Just a migration then from BT to Force9, why then should I have to wait 12 months to be able to migrate for free when I have no hardware to pay off etc.

Is this right?? i know its only 8 days, but I just want to get this clarified.

MAC code and 12 months?

Like most contracts of this sort there is a minimum of 12 months.

If you migrate into F9 for free, you need to stay for 12 months. If you leave within the 12 months, the migration fee then becomes payable to F9. For 8 days, I think i'd wait Wink
