Low speed despite new billing period

I was throttled down to 128kbps last month due to over-use. My new billing period began on 27th April yet my speeds are still the same - why would this be?

It is showing at this end that the usage has been reset but I'll chase this up with our network guys to make sure that all the restrictions have been removed for you.

No probs - there has been a few issues recently with usage not been reset so i don't think it'll be a major issue to get fixed.

I'm in the same boat - I've got my e-mail to remind me that the direct debit payment is coming out, and another e-mail telling me that I've just gone over the limit on my account?
Should I raise a ticket?
