Lots of disconnects.. bad line?

My BB+ account seems to be disconnecting a lot, does not seem to be regular, could be online for 20 mins or 2 hours and it will disconnect... longest it has stayed on is 3 hours. Here are my modem stats:

This does not look awful to me.. but why the reason for the disconnects? I have already tweaked the noise margin offset to give me an extra 3db.... is there anything more I can do?

What speed are you on? 50dB attenuation is too high for 2MB, so if that's what you've got it's likely to be the cause of this.

You'll need to raise a fault to us, and answer all the questions for an intermittant fault.

We'll then test the line, and when we see the noise levels we will raise this to BT, who will more than likely downgrade your line to 1MB to bring it back within limits.
