Loss of service and phone support

Been suffering from constant loss of connection over the past week, have had problems today connecting just managed to connect,

Tried the phone support on Thursday night got put in a queue for 56mins and then was cut off, tried tonight and the wait was again (as Thursday night) over 10 mins so I gave up

Didnt PlusNet say they gave support top priority, don't seem that way to me

Do I need to phone for a MAC or how is it doneHuh

Been having too many problems with all parts of the service even though I play by the PlusNet usage rules, time to move on

Off out now wonder if my connection will be up when I return,.................

Probably with the way support is nowadays by snail mail...and expect a reply by carrier pigeon!

You can do it through the Portal (help & support) I believe.
