Losing shync once every minute

PlusNet WHAT IS GOING ON... I am losing shync at least once every minute and there is nothing i can do about it. This is appauling....

If you are actually loosing synch once a minute, then that's a BT problem and not PlusNet - all PlusNet can do is raise a fault which would (probably) require you to phone up or go through http://faults.plus.net/

Unplug your ADSL line for 1 hour then reconnect and see if that fixes it. THis will cause your session to be completely removed from BTs systems.

As Colin says, Sync to the exchange is BT's responsibility, not PlusNet.

Ensure ALL phones, faxes, 56k modems & sky boxes are connected via an ADSL filter/splitter

If it still continues, try connecting direct to the test socket behind the user removable lower section of your master socket. This will eliminate any internal wiring.

You could also try resetiing your ADSL modem/router.
