Long connection delays?

Hi, has anyone experienced delays with new connections? Was migrating from Pipex to Plusnet. Plusnet was orderd on 9th Feb. Pipex disconnected me on Sunday night/Monday 19th Feb. Been without broadband now for 5 days. Rung Plusnet on Wed and Thurs and both times they could neither confirm whether I was or was not connected with them?!?!?!

Not off to a great start with Plusnet! Hope they not charging me!

According to your latest ticket response, there appear to be a delay in completing your order, which we are currently chasing with BT.

But 5 days? Guy I spoke to on the phone said pretty much don't expect anything until at least Monday.

I was under the impression that you should only lose your service for a few hours

Shouldn't even be as much as that tbh.

Sounds like BT broken something during the order and we're currently chasing this. It'll be Monday because BTW Prov only work Monday-Friday.
