Lifting of Usage Management next week...

My line has become practically unusable because of 'usage management' so roll on next week.

When the restrictions are lifted will we receive an email inviting us to respond or will we have to log on to this site for instructions or will it be automatic?

And could it be Monday rather than Friday, please?

Yes, as part of the post we are creating a one time "opt-out" mechanism next week so that customers can request a reset of their profile and adjust their usage patterns.

Hi,

There will be a specific path in the Contact Us wizard set up next week to raise a ticket to the support team who will then be able to process the reset.
