I am due to terminate with F9 on 16 Sept and am transferring to an ISP who are not taking part in the LLU set up which F9 have put me on. I am aware that I will have set up fees on my prospective ISP but have been trying to get a question answered by F9 for 4 days now (despite a notice that says responses are taking 1 day 2 hrs). All I want to know is will I still need a MACC code if I am probably having a new connection. Can anyone out there give me the benefit of their knowledge or experience and answer this for me. Would be most grateful.

Hi

Your account has been scheduled for cancellation. This means the current LLU provided service will cease and your account will be closed.

No MAC is required as your new provider will need to activate your line for ADSL.
