From the traceroutes it looks to be Dolpiaza that has the problem.

aye, updates every 10 minutes, yet it's been what?? 40-50 mins when it started, there is no way they don't know about it.

anyway, regardless, I've posted a ticket explaining the problem, and included a link to thread Smiley

come on plus.net, if you want to retain ur customers when the contract runs out, I suggest pulling a finger out.

Dear Customer,

We are currently investigating customer reports of high ping times on the plus.net realm. This issue would only be apparent if you are connecting in the format of: username@plus.net.

What this means is that DSL connectivity will appear slower and web pages or email could take slightly longer to load than your usual times.

Engineers are now carrying out full diagnostic checks at the moment and we will be making further announcements as appropriate.
