Justed signed... no broadband, but payment taken?

What is the policy at plus net? I signed up on Tuesday and it looks like I will not get activated until the 22nd of June, but it looks like my account has already been debited though I don't yet have the service. Is it that we pay in advance rather than in arrears?

Not annoyed or anything, but not sure what happened Smiley

All payments are taken in advance.

If your activation fails, the payment taken would be refunded (less any delivery charge for hardware if chosen).

If it is sucesfful, you will make your next payment one month after the activation date.

You may find your activation happens sooner. In my neck of the woods, all activations I have ever put through Plusnet have happened at least the day before activation. Always before and some a few days even.

If you have your ADSL equipment, plug it in and see what happens a few days before.
