Just received a suppliers fault reference number. what now??

Hi all,

Like many of you, I'm having connection problems; I can't connect at all. Anyway, after having made enquries over the phone this appears to being investigated. Yesterday I received a message to the effect that there are no ras logs (whatever they are) since june and, just today, I received a message giving me a supplier fault reference number?

Can someone more knowledgable than me, interpret for me, does this mean the fault is at plusnet's end, what is likely to happen from here?

Are the tickets intended for you or do they say internal on them,whch is plusnet departments talking to each other.

The first one is internal.

Curiously, the second about the supplier fault reference number number is placed as a "your comment" as if I'd wrote it, which I most certainly didn't! Smiley

I do hope this means that It'll be fixed soon!
