Just not happy at all

Joined PN in november '05, as a premier 4meg customer. I was very happy with the service, but in the last week or so (since this new restriction scheme has come into play) i am experiencing all the problems everyone else has listed here. Even the so called 'off-peak' is giving me terrible pings during gaming, and 'on-peak' is just laughable, even when i havnt exceeded the usage limit. I'm simply not getting what i paid for

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the service and don't think that you are getting what you pay for.

As you may know we are investigating the problems that people are having with gaming and are working hard to resolve it, If possible can you please take a look at this thread and provide us with as much of the information I have asked for there as you can to help us to get this fixed.
