*the following comment is best taken with a pinch of salt* Cool

As PN are always kind enough to remind us about 3 days in advance each month that our payments are due, do you think they'd mind if we gave them a 3 days advance notice that we'd like our peak time limits actually removed on our billing date too as opposed to about 24/36 hours after they receive our ticket issued to them after the billing date reminding them to remove it :lol:
