James Bailey, Mand, anyone - Please look at my ticket

Dear Mand - Please can you look at my ticket. I am about to go over my gig allowance because the VMBU meter completely over-estimated my use on Saturday. Please rewind it 500GB or add on a GB for free.

I am certain I didn't use that 500mb on Saturday peak time. Certain.

Yeah mate, I'm not joking. The VMBU has been admitted to be wrong before and I'm not taking this again.

Mand Beckett please can you respond. I waited a month for a refund of excess charges before. The best thing is honestly to add on a gig to correct the problem.

Would appreciate it Mand if you could look at my outstanding ticket (been open since Friday).

There's enough Customer Service complaints on this board without me jumping on the bandwagon, suffice to say though that this is the 2nd time on the trot that I have had to asked in public for a reply to my ticket.

If you want to shame PN in public into resonding then you at least have to demonstrate to us that you have a case. Not that you can't tell the time or read a calendar, but there have been cases before where people have got dates or times wrong when guessing their usage.

We do all read these forums because we are schadenfreude-philes? :-)

I barely used the net Saturday daytime as I knew my usage limit was approaching. The meter clocked up 500mb.

This is clearly wrong.

I would like a response from Plusnet to this, also asked for in a ticket outstanding 3 days.

James Bailey can you look at this then please.

I think it's being ignored until I slip over my limit. And the whole point is that Saturday's usage isn't right and I shouldn't be so near my limit!!

I was also a little sceptical about Saturday. My VMBU for Sat daytime showed 60MB, and I wasn't even home, no computers switched on. Other days show 1-5MB of background noise on the connection normally.

Of course nowhere near your level of concern hatboy, but strange it should be the same day IMO.

Please look at my tickets.

It really isn't fair to ignore people who are your paying customers.

Sometimes I don't come to this forum for months when things are working. I don't want to waste time complaining.

Just carry on taking my money then, and ignoring my tickets.

Sad

This level of customer service really is very bad for your reputation.

Thank you Mand. Smiley

You are always very helpful.

Can you do something about the long wait. It is extremely frustrating and very bad for PN's image.

Also in view of you accepting that I have been incorectly metered AGAIN, can you investigate the VMBU tool again.

Don't you think that it is a bit suspicious that it boosted my paid for usage just before I reached my limit, as if it is set to push me over into extra payment?

If the system does that, it is dishonest.
