It was good....well most of the time.

After 4 years or so, I'm leaving Plusnet. Its come to the point that enough was enough and too many chances were given. Its a shame really as even a year ago I was recommending them to everyone I knew (a) because they were cheap (b) because they were reliable. Its just a damn shame that the customer service element has let it down so greatly and all the so called "improvements" to the experience of using Plusnet have obviously not worked how they would have liked. Why change something that obviously worked?

Entirely agree with you.

I'm also a longstanding (in ADSL terms) customer and have also recommended them to a number of other people.

My transfer to another supplier should be complete on the 24th.

It was good....well most of the time.

I had no problems for nearly 8 years (first 18 month on dialup)
but last 8 weeks have terrible and enough is enough and I migrate on the 23rd.


Hope things improve for those who are left.
