Is there an option to dump the DSL Max upgrade?

I only ask because..

a/. I don't need any more speed.

b/. I don't need anymore "technical" problems.

c/. I am allergic to queues

d/. I'm fed up with changing my product all the time only to wait for the promised "improvements" to come along.

I'd much rather just stay as I am on 2meg and not be used as a guinea pig for all the new technology available to our providers.

So the question is, where is the "opt out" applet hidden this time?
