then i had this one

Now has my maxdsl order been stoped? Or is this something unrelated. I Raised another ticket but have had no reply and not willing to wait 55 mins on the phone.

Nope. Looks like your order has failed for some reason. To find out why you'll need to raise a ticket quoting the details in your post and asking them outright what went wrong and what they'll do to rectify it...
