:x Since plusnet informed me that my internet connection speed was going to be increased to 2Mb from my original 500Kb, I have been having problems with my connection. It keeps cutting out or freezing. Is this because the line is now becoming overloaded due to other users, or do I need to do something at my end to stop this happening?
You gave me a superb service at 500Kb and I never had any problems connecting or staying on line. The recent problems however are becoming a real headache, so much so that I am thinking of changing provider. I've been with you nearly 4 years and don't realy want to do this. Please help.
Strange, I've been having the same problem recently (past couple of weeks). I'm on 1Mb. The problem got better (although keeps happening every now and again) but no-one could identify what the problem was. Plusnet's logs showed that it was a user request for the line drops so they thought it must be a BT issue but it wasn't taken any further.
