Internet still disconnects every 10 mins or so..

Can someone confirm if the problem is at my end or with plus.net?

Hi,

It's tough to say exactly what the cause would be, certainly we don't have a generic problem that would cause this, but that doesn't mean that something isn't wrong somewhere.

When the connection drops does the modem lose sync (usually indicated by a flashing ADSL light)? If so I'd suggest taking a look through the following to see if anything helps:

If not, or that page doesn't help then I would suggest raising it via our broadband fault checker (under connection settings on the left) and we can take a look into it for you.
