anyone else had this before i go up the wall at plusnet.
the mail box does get used daily

i had an email before xmas saying that bt had informed PN my line had been ceased so they would be ceasing my BB. Nobody still knows why!!! This doesnt surprise me at all....

When did you get that email? There was a problem not so long ago causing a load of these to be sent out erroneously. Try sending an email to that mailbox to confirm whether it has actually been blackholed or not.

Important information about your email account

I believe that the time we sent it will be incorrect. I.e. that being the time you picked up the E-Mail. These were incorrectly put into some customers mailboxes before Christmas.
