Immediate upgrade to ' upto 8 Mb' Ticket ID: 20679691

Having opted in on Mon 16 October to 8Mb upgrade, then requested an upgrade as a priority on Sat 28 October, I then queried on Sat 11 Nov if the upgrade was imminent to be told that there was a 4 to 6 week delay due to demand, is this still the case? Thanks


Just read this quote from Dave Tomlinson made last night in another thread 'The regrade process should now take around 2 weeks, at the end of every week we place a bulk order with BT of all the customers that have opted in during that week. It then takes around 5 working days for BT to place all of the orders.

Was the 4 to 6 weeks statement inaccurate?

Sorry there's been a delay here. I've placed the order for you and it should complete on Monday morning. These upgrades should be going through within 2 weeks, but apparently some are being missed.
