This is an update to the earlier detailed issues with our telephone support system.
Our telephony suppliers are currently still on site at the moment and, are working to resolve the issues. We do not wish to make any further changes at present as we do not wish the service to deteriorate any further.
The main issue customers are experiencing at the moment is lag on the automated telephone system, this can cause delays when making selections in the call tree, and further delays connecting the call or relaying messages. We continue to recommend that customers use online support where possible.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

I would imagine that you could apply this principle to most of the improvements PlusNet have implemented recently...
