[Idea 2199] Rating contact help

Missing the obvious in a contact us makes people wonder what CS is doing when reading them., not getting at anyone but sometimes CS misses what's plainly in front of them.

It's a case of double checking before you post a contact Us reply, if not the reply you get from a customer will just be as useless as they have to point out what was missed the first time, so wasted time.

So would like to see some forum of rating for help, not just did this answer your question.

This one does sound like a good idea and something that should be reasonably simple to implement.

I have raised it for consideration as idea 2199.
