IMAP access broken during upgrades?

I have a PHP IMAP mail client (called RoundCube), and it's worked flawlessly for over a year.

Since about yesterday morning, it's no longer working, despite my tinkerking to get it working, it looks like it's timing out when trying to access my IMAP inbox.

Has anything changed configurationwise on the new email platform that map prevent clients picking up email via IMAP?

Anyone else having problems? I don't want to raise a ticket just yet, as it may still turn out to be a problem my end, but I am becoming increasingly convinced it's not...

There's no changes as far as I'm aware, we are in the process of moving mail across to a new mail storage system so that may have caused a short timeout if your account was being done at the time but it shouldn't make any difference to being able to log on afterwards.

I'd suggest logging in via IMAP using webmail and see if that works, if it doesn't then it will at least show the problem to be our side.
