I'm not receiving e-mails

Hi, I never used the PlusNet account, but tried to sign up to some forums and they want ISP e-mails instead of the free ones,

so I gave them my plusnet e-mail, but I'm not receiving any mail to it.

I only receiving plus net emails (billing notices etc.) I even tried to send myself an email from my gmail account and I did not receiving that on my plus net account, however, I can send email using my plusnet account and it works.


Any ideas?!

Hi,

I just sent a mail to your postmaster address seems to have arrived, can you check to see if you've received it?

There are two mailboxes on your account (you can check the address under Email Settings then Manage My Mail on the left) have you logged into both to check the mail?

As Chris has mentioned, you have two mailboxes on your account. Each of these mailboxes has its own login credentials. Have you checked both of these or are you only checking one?
